On February 22, 2019, Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee secretary Qingwen Wu and functional departments visited HYC. The government group visit was warmly welcomed by chairman and general manager Wen-yuan Chen, as well as two deputy general managers, chief financial officer, board secretary and head of the enterprise strategy department.
From March 20 to 22, SEMICON China/FPD China 2019, the world's largest and highest standard international semiconductor exhibition, was held in Shanghai new international expo center. Suzhou HYC technology co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "HYC") presented at the exhibition with the new model E-06, which is independently developed and used for the test of super-large scale digital-analog hybrid SOC chip.
In order to improve the service awareness, quality awareness and information security awareness of all employees in HYC and implement responsibility management, HYC organizes everyone to participate in the "three-level qualification certification on site" and "code of conduct in safety and civilized behavior" examination every year, and colleagues will obtain the corresponding certificates after passing the examination.
On January 12, 2019, “Intelligent Manufacturing Motivation” HYC Annual Meeting was staged in Suzhou Expo Center G-hall. A total of more than 1,000 employees and more than 50 invited guests were present to review 2018 and look forward to 2019.
In the cold winter, the headquarter in Suzhou welcomed our Vietnamese colleagues. HR center launched a series of activities and trainings with Vietnamese colleagues from January 11th and January 12th.

If all employee demand relies on external personnel, large quantity of newcomers in the short term will not be digested, and external cost is also higher. If the job is a management position, employee may be unaccustomed, therefore we need to combine inside and outside factors. We give the opportunity to our internal staff.
